So far an EU referendum was offered in the 2013 election to win votes.

Then the referendum vote took place in 2016.

After much dicking around the Conservatives yet again appealed to Brexiteers in 2019 to "Get Brexit Done".

So you could say the Brits have already voted on the issue 3 times.

2016 was a great demonstrator.

Even I stopped and thought that voting actually had an effect, only to have my lack of faith restored.

Nope. Never. Our votes never meant a bloody thing. The army really opened my eyes to this.

Said this in an old post, but I've observed a lot of naivety here on nostr since then: there's no such thing as serving your country in the modern era!

Sup ben

Sup OG! 👋🫡

Do you write? Paint?

Nope. My daughter likes to paint sometimes.

Hmm, are you looking to montenize this work? 😂

Lol. Not really.

I'm more of a chess, cooking, and gardening kind of bloke.

You can share your receipes via long form, or share your gardening tip?

I'm still working on my gardening skills. Although, I can say that if you ever want something easy to grow indoors, cherry tomatoes are a nice choice and very easy to maintain. Fig trees don't really require much maintenance, but they do require a lot of patience.

Everyone should buy their own pasta maker. I use mine for homemade ramen noodles. I can discuss recipes another time. Lol. Sorry. It's dinner time for me and the little one.

Cherries? Interesting. I have "hot" hands 😮‍💨 so I have a hard time growing stuff. But if the plant is established, I can take care of it from there.

I made a guide for [writers](nostr:naddr1qqyrxwpnxcersc3jqgsrexzf8qaaa2yrkz73dlkwrmfk6dlr0nw78njrk9l2f6ge9mq39zgrqsqqqa28drjwdt) if that may interest you.

Ok. I'm back. And no, not cherries. Cherry tomatoes. I like eating them whole.

I'm a bit curious, but what do you do for a living, if you don't mind my asking? 🤔

You trying to see me with my pants down

LOL! No! Don't be cheeky. I'm just curious. 😅
