Yeah, but coinos is a custodial wallet so I don’t see any benefit into using that over your coinos lightning address to receive payments

Yeah, but you can scan to pay

You can do that with lightning addresses too

But you have to generate an invoice every time

Wallets do that in the background though. There’s barely any wallets that support sending to bolt12 offers. IMO only makes sense to use it to receive payments with a non-custodial wallet because it adds receiver privacy and you don’t have to run a web server.

Bolt12 are static in the sense that the QR / invoice is reusable

Lightning address QR codes are static too

I think the benefit of using Bolt12 is that you can print out reusable invoices (QR) set to a certain amount

So, it's a POS thing

You can do that with lightning addresses too

Is this static or do you have to generate a new one every time?

That’s only payable once. Mine is static and is reusable.

And you can create LNURLs with fixed amounts. Just set the min and the max amount to the same value. Easy to do with LNbits.

Is this reusable

Nope

How do you make a reusable one?
