Damn yall, i had a hell of a scare on my walk just now. I had just turned onto one of our trails and saw 3 large dogs, all black. From that distance, i could only see that one of them was a german shepherd, the others maybe rottweillers, but not sure. They started coming toward me, so i fired a shot in their direction. 2 of them veered off, but the german sheperd kept coming at me. I started yelling loudly and it finally turned away too. Luckily Daisy had wandered into the woods before this encounter, so they didnt see her. I tried calling my husband in case they tried to follow me (i was a long way from the house), and my damned phone would not connect! I couldnt believe it! Anyway, no harm done, just got scared as shit. ALWAYS CARRY A GUN, YOU MIGHT NEED IT WHEN YOU LEAST EXPECT IT, AND YOUR PHONE MAY NOT WORK WHEN YOU NEED IT THE MOST.
