🌊 SURF 'N TURF 🏝️

-THE BORACAY ISLAND LIFE-

The Pergola building, built in 1926, is one of the last examples of buildings painted entirely with frescoes in Nice during the Art Deco period.

Architect : Charles Dalmas.

Remarkable for its glazed ceramic tiles framing the front door and the window above the front door, the ironwork with floral motifs with different designs from floor to floor, the blend of lime plaster with superb decors, predominantly Ultramarine Blue and Saffron Ochre Yellow, and the colored cement plaster, make the building unique for the richness of its materials, colors, and techniques.
