Man, you might have to delete the app then. Just make sure you don’t choose "stop testing". That won’t allow you to come back to TestFlight.

I’ve tried the clear cache. I don’t think that button really does anything.

😂 don’t do that! If you have your private key stored somewhere, I would try deleting the app, but do not choose “Stop Testing”. Someone did that and lost access to TestFlight. Then you will be able to reinstall.
A lot of people did this when our GIF pfp wasn’t working, and it fixed their issue.
