It’s definitely a weird world right now
A few years ago I basically believed that there were deep state forces faking media vs populist truth-seeking forces working against them… now I’m pretty sure the powers that be have made enough in-roads to control the opposition too. So it’s Psyop vs Psyop.
I enjoy paying attention for the same reason I enjoy watching NFL or WWE - I like understanding how they pull off the illusion
I think the key word you say is illusion. It’s all clever trickery and Propaganda to fool the masses

Trump is not trust worthy either. We could all see the lies behind the Scamdemic in early’20 yet he pushed the poison jabs on millions and now he’s going on about biometrics being brought in for all entry / exit. His Crypto foray will no doubt lead to an ID system with financial ties
