so Trump has signed this Executive Order for the strategic #bitcoin reserve

as far as i understand the government is just keeping the #bitcoin they have , not buying more.

is this right or i misunderstood?

I think they are also buying in a “budget neutral way”. So it wont affect taxpayers but they could sell other assets they own for bitcoin
