It's curious. Does he believe it, you think? Or is he a sufficiently large hodler that the extra attention / publicity might drive price activity sufficient to make him the money, even if he loses the bet?
Losing million is big for even for large hodlers. If he bets on it, he certainly believe it. Action matters.
