Dude. I had a lengthy conversation with a guy the other day about this. He 100% believes that governments give rights. That the constitution gives rights rather than protects the natural rights. Scary. Nothing I said would change his mind.
Damm, has the guy even read the constitution and declaration of independence? Probably not
