How do you navigate this piece of scripture when it comes to the nation state level?

In context, it only applies to the church.

Bow down before the one you serve; you're going to get what you deserve.

Those who reject the principle below have never experienced the benefit of having a good coach, pastor, father, or mentor, who is wise and kind and is actually looking out for your well-being.

Obviously there are abuses. Obviously not everyone who is called 'leader' is worthy of it. But when they are...there is growth, challenge, health, and flourishing.
