It's weird how only the roof in on fire. Look in the windows of the top floor; no fires inside the building.

I smell a rat.

It could be, but remember most roofing systems are made of very flammable materials, asphalt, tar, foam insulation, rubber. So I could see how a fire could run across the the roof.

Remember the move fire in Philadelphia.
