Depends on what you eat? Itโs not hard to consume a dayโs worth of calories in a sitting when you get used to it.

Haha no worries. Even on one-meal-a-day, I find it quite difficult to maintain a caloric deficit. I basically have to trick myself by drinking a bunch of water first.
