Living low carbs but just ate some cookies for the first time in a while.
God damnit I feel like shit after eating those carbs… what a trash for your body

Yeah, I used to compete in Powerlifting and did a very strictly controlled diet for a while.
I'd always struggle to eat "treats" because my body would be so reactive to the sugars and carbs.
Nice to hear that I’m not the only one struggling with this
My wife is in a smilies boat. She has too much sugar she feels so sick and when she’s feeding our son he spits up more when she eats bad.
Damn… insane eh
Your body is just not used to them anymore. Same would happen if you ate cookies made at home from fine ingredients.
True! Just the carbs.. makes you so tame imo
I love how healthy she is tho. Totally changes the trajectory of our family. As we speak cooking up some steak, wild rice and veggies.
Totally, I'm at a point now where even milk has an effect on me. Can drink a little, but not every day. Shame in a way.
Interesting!
I’m trying to live low carb and with much meat.
Really want to do a month only meat, water and salt just to see how my body reacts to it. But it’s difficult when going to work, with family,.. so you have to choose the timing very good when you start
Do it, be commited, if you cant cook just fast, makes a huge difference. Been doin it for years now. 600g ground beef around 11am then 2 steaks and 3 scrabbled eggs around 6pm. Water with a touch of apple cider vinegar to drink ... THATS IT lol. Its easy once you have the routine in place. Sometimes as a treat I have some extra thick cream, once a week maybe
Hmm very interesting! Thanks for sharing!! Will definitely start someday
