I switched to tea from coffee 90% of the time. Feel much better. But I was drinking like 4 or 5 cups per day.

No sugar but sometimes a little milk.

When you say better, what were the differences you felt after the switch? What type of tea did you switch to?

Might encourage me to do the same.
