I'd see a challenge in France. One of their famous dishes is literally tortured little bird eaten whole. Well, France offers quite some foodstr challenges. 😆

french rural cuisine is good. french urban cuisine is showing off and being perverse. because of that, there isn't much in the way of a presence of french themed restaurants in the world haha.
chinese also eat whole roasted/bbq quails. the bones are so small and light you just eat them like sardine bones.
