Website and onboarding? Really good.

KYC process? An absolute headache.

I get it — they’re using Sumsub, like a lot of others, so they’re not handling the KYC themselves. But as a provider, you’re still responsible for the partners you work with. Most users probably won’t even realize there’s a third party involved; they’ll just see the process as part of your service.

So yeah, this definitely goes into the review as well.
