Isn’t that a sense of accomplishment plus the dopamine released in the body?
Yeah that too but i assume it also gives validation in that you are doing the right thing

Id say proof to personal truth and ego.

I’m not sure I understand the prood to personal truth and ego. You mean showing to yourself that you can do something?
If we take the example of training consistently. Let’s say you’re doing your 900th skiing training. You already know you’re able to do it. What are you proving to yourself?
