It’s not complicated — it’s consistent.

People in great shape usually stick to the basics:

• Drink water

• Walk every day

• Train 3x a week

• Eat mostly whole foods

• Sleep ~8 hours

No hacks. No shortcuts. No constant resets.

They avoid overcomplicating things and stay consistent for years, not weeks.

My advice: master the basics.

Get an accountability partner.

Show up even when motivation is low.

Simple works — if you stick with it. 💪
