Recently, I’ve had conversations with many people reflecting on 2024 and planning for 2025.

Personally, I make it a habit to reflect regularly - whether it’s on the month, quarter, or year - across both professional and personal areas.

Since starting this practice in 2016, I’ve realized that the most critical factor for success is aligning your goals with your values.

Once your goals are rooted in your values, consistency becomes natural. Seek out the tools, learn couching or find a person who can support you that help you stay on track.

No matter what structure or approach you use for reflection and goal setting, the key is ensuring your values guide your decisions. These values should be so deeply rooted that they unconsciously shape your actions and choices.
