There is at least one already made: notes are public, linkable, traceable and roughly connected to your identity.

If we don’t have a hybrid public/private relay infrastructure then we failed to use this protocol properly.
Correct, but choices were already made (eg. reusing pub keys). Let’s hope we am get out of these flaws.
