i use ThumbKey, which is different from almost any keyboard i've used in the past
also check out Whisper for voice input, FUTO voice might be convinient, but it's still proprietary software

Should I pay for it? Again, yes
Don’t like it or not happy with the licence? Try HeliBoard or Inkwell Keyboard instead.

Yeah, FUTO "Source Available" license isn't great. I mean, I get it but it would be much better if they used GPLv3 or something of the sorts.
