Central banks using blockchains is truly the dumbest idea ever.
Just use SQL if you gonna centralize, blockchains are very slow and inefficient and ONLY good for decentralized networks.
Exactly why central banks will use them because they like slow and outdated things that make it easier to control😂🤣
