Does it really do anything? Is he not lying on floor most of the time, and isn't that close to grounding? Not trying to challenge, just wondering why I need to buy one of these for my dog now
See the wire? That connects to the ground for your house's electrical system.
You must make sure your house ground is good in order for there to be the potential (this is a pun...) For good grounding.
There's too much annectodal evidence of better sleep, less inflammation, etc. for it to be completely bunk.
Walking barefoot on the dirt IS proven to have interesting effects on blood, so, this tracks with the grounding mat doing things that should be beneficial to any mammal.
Thanks beave. I've heard sufficient anecdotes to be intrigued. My dog likes to go outside and lay in the sun for 15-20 mins at a time. It's very very hot too this time of year, so it is odd. I assume it's mostly to get vit D (I learned dogs get it by secreting an oil when exposed to sun, that their skin absorbs). Wondering if she's also grounding now
