The probability of this man speaking truth is, in my opinion, smaller than the probability of him been a paid agent of the Maduro regime, embedded in the IMF.
One hint is his reference to the illegitimate Maduro regime as “Venezuela”, omitting that Maduro has provably, and beyond doubt, lost the 2024 elections.
