I could imagine that investigating a transaction outside their country has zero priority for Switzerland, unless it the request comes from the US.

I would also expect the Israeli FIU to ignore the event. In fact I'm surprised the Israeli FIU, who was presumably notified first, would even "leak" this to other FIUs. Someone probably got fired...
