Yeah, I get that and I also hate that.
Voluntaryist agorist communities like the one I belong to are anti-system (anti-state) by design, so no one wants to take charge and be seen as trying to govern anything or anyone, but there has to be SOME small level of organization for things to work. Natural leaders often emerge as a result, but they are few and far between, plus most of us already have very busy lives and adding more roles to life can be a lot, but I try to prioritize freedom above all ... which is why I get frustrated a little bit when people don't seem to have as much passion about it as I do ππ
I like all that except the idea that your community is anti-system.
It is impossible to be anti-system. Anything that exists is a system, an actualized schema.
Agorism is a system that was produced by nature. We can apply similar pressure from nature to our system engineering.
