I am not a breakfast person, but not getting any nutrients until 12 is something I want to change.
Iβve mixed banana, strawberries, raspberries, 1/2 passionfruit & half of a lemon together with some oatmilk, water, a little bit of cinnamon and 3 sweet, soft dates. πππ
Itβs way easier to drink something and itβs really refreshing! π
Also, itβs giving me a feeling of relaxation, knowing I already prepared food for the next day. ππΌ
