Remote user? Try connecting over Tailscale or Lightning Node Connect instead of Tor. The difference is night and day.

Connecting through Tailscale used to be almost instantaneous, then it started taking a few seconds, now it takes several, above 10 or even more. Why is that?
It's gotten worse ever since. Is it the 'startup' performance which could get worse over time as more features are added and require to load or could it be network related, Tailscale one suspect?
If not your experience, perhaps a hardware issue?
Sounds like a networking issue. But if you’re overloading your machine w a bunch of software process it could be that too.
