There is an artificial sense of haste being applied because all of this grant money demands RESULTS NOW.
Like Nostr will turn into a pumpkin, if someone takes a week longer to deliver an feature. 🤦♀️

1) You're supposed to "act busy" to justify the money you received, and never look like you're having fun or putting any thought into anything.
well please understand that some of us are not insane and entitled and we really appreciate what you do
Sounds like an opportunity for unique marketing proposals.
I'll try:
*Guy standing at a Bitcoin ATM*
*Attractive woman approaches*
Miss: Oh, are you buying a Bitcoin right now?
Man: Yes, of course, decentralized money is the future of finance!
Miss: That's so true! Do you have an npub?
Man: Of course! Everyone uses Mutiny!
Then they get married of course.
Would make a sick commercial. Maybe sponsor with a jewelry company and show them geotagging their wedding with a Nostr note.
Then they zap the priest I guess 😂
2) The lowest-hanging fruit has already been picked, so the newer stuff is often more complex and takes longer to define and deliver. And the more implementations there are, the more time you spend on staying compatible.
3) It took us weeks, to even really understand the protocol because it keeps getting bigger and messier.
And some people have quite large systems (including hardware systems) and that's more work to maintain and update.
