When I first realise this, as a bitcoiner, I felt an immense sense of relief that Satoshi knew what was happening in Palestine and in so many other places, and he cared. It was just such a relief that the inventor of perfect money had such empathy, that he was a good human being.

It’s not just Palestine. Bitcoin demonitises all war. Say in a 100 yrs we are on a Bitcoin standard govts are going to be very poor unless they’ve been stacking hard for the last century. If they have been stacking they understand the value of what they have and they’re going to be very careful before they spend it on other peoples war. They can always tax their people but if I were a citizen I’d be pissed if they spend my Bitcoin on pointless wars. I’m expecting roads and schools and hospitals. It’s going to be very hard to fund crazy wars.
