$STRF question

If my house is paid off, shouldn't I take a $1m mortgage at 6.5%, put that $1m into $STRF and let the dividend pay me $100k/yr which I will use to pay roughly $83k/yr debt service and clear $13k?

What am I missing? Where is the risk?
