One thing I’ll never forget is that I got into #bitcoin by listening to Bitcoin podcasts. Yes, yes, the joke is another one??! As nostr:npub1cj8znuztfqkvq89pl8hceph0svvvqk0qay6nydgk9uyq7fhpfsgsqwrz4u brilliantly capitalized on, but I’ve also seen folks say “I’m not going on podcasts until blank is finished,” or “I don’t do podcasts, etc,” or perhaps not being as open as others.

Many people have an intro to bitcoin and get “why Bitcoin” and “why Bitcoin and not crypto” by listening to bitcoin podcasts or checking out Bitcoin content on YouTube/tik tok, etc from folks like nostr:npub1h882a66p0zj5n69s2u8nfzev4f97lzfnlcej84z78p6uqxge5tpqlupz20 nostr:npub1rxysxnjkhrmqd3ey73dp9n5y5yvyzcs64acc9g0k2epcpwwyya4spvhnp8 and more.

So if you’re writing, building, doing cool stuff in Bitcoin, we want to share that with the world! Bitcoin and the amazing things going on in the space should not be kept in a vacuum. Now sooo many folks are really hospitable with their time and coming in shows, but telling these stories and sharing what’s going on in the wider world is really, really important to broader adoption. Yes, there are a bunch of Bitcoin shows, but in reality there are 100x more shitcoin, “fintech” and “economics” shows that are spreading a lot of misinformation and scams. That’s what we’re competing with.
