You can use cashu.me to redeem the tokens you got
When on cashu.me just click on receive ecash and paste your tokens received by the message.
So far enuts has not worked for converting the ecash to lightning from the mint this not uses but cashu.me has worked for receiving the ecash, sending it to a different mint if I want to, and liquidating to lightning wallet.
Worked fine for me, but the manual process of redeeming them needs to be automated if this is ever going to be useful.
