Yeah maybe I'm overthinking it but I'm not going forward with it and that's mainly because of that.

All you need is a lightning wallet with some sats for a bond then you lock in the trade based on the payment method you chose (if you create and order) or the payment method listed (if you are filling an order). So you donā€™t need Monero or stable coins just a lightning wallet with enough sats for a bond. Usually 3% of trade value.
