Does astral.ninja not work when one is behind #tor ? #asknostr

When I login via my private key, the feed just endlessly 'buffers' and never populates with broadcasts.

The dev for astral.ninja has been away from Nostr for a while. so you may not a direct answer - not sure how many actively use astral, maybe one of them will answer

Snort, Iris, Primal & Coracle are popular web clients.

I mostly use nostter.vercel.app but it's sparse & zen client, with mainly Japanese users.

Help me understand why it matters if it is mostly japanese users? Aren't you going to get the relays you subscribe to? And so the clients are just portals for that?

Doesn't matter at all - except in the sense that there is no threaded view on home feed as Japanese users generally don't use threaded replies

Yes, you are right, I'm not familiar with this client, but maybe the it has already relays preset or can't change relays

I think if you create a new account with them they will probably assign you some default relays, in which case the client would matter, but in general clients should not effect what you see (open to being educated).
