What I don’t understand is why do they keep the files of the illegal things they are doing? Are they stupid?

Hey criminals, release the files you are keeping that will end your lives. Seems ridiculous

Because It's theatre to keep people occupied, to stop people from doing the resilience building we all should be doing.
