I’d be cautious about his pivot, but I’ve heard him discuss it. I believe it’s beneficial for Nostr to experience external pressure (hormesis) that compels it to improve. After all, intelligence isn’t simply acquired; it’s often a result of being challenged to adapt and grow.
Nostr has only been around for 3-4 years, which means there’s still plenty of room for growth and the emergence of new ideas. Ultimately, consistency is what wins the race. However, it’s important to remember that exponential growth often leads to a crash when innovation stagnates.
