04 May 2024 - blue pulsing in my vision yestersday (3rd May 2024) and today; yesterday no.19 kept quiet except for a brief popping sound after i had posted about the popping and lurking behind the wall; both 2nd and 3rd the body aches, #coughtorture and #tinnitus (as always) were extreme; and severe headache (more severe when i start to pray) 2nd, 3rd and a bit milder 4th.

They've stopped jolting my hand when i'm folding some fabric so it falls so they can have a laugh, and also when i put away my normie #Android that has replaced the cheapy Chinese USB player they've sabotaged. And as always the #microwavefreyeffect clicks.

And my laptop screen has started flickering again when i logon after i changed my sitting position, it took them a while to get their setup right.
