CEXs mostly operate off-chain (paper monero) so there wouldn't be much more transactions by themselves. But ofc they also facilitate on-ramp and adoption, which could lead to more on-chain transactions. Anyway, transactions is the real number go up we wanna see! This should be Monero community's focus.
