Really what ever works for you but this one is what I use and I am happy with it. I may upgrade but only for speed on really big batches of sausage. For day to day use for the avg. person nothing under 200 bucks beats this.

Do you have the foot pedal and do you recommend getting it?
Last time I used a meat grinder it was clamped to my grandmother's counter top and had a hand crank so I'm not sure what I really need.
I don't use one but I have to say I've thought about getting one.
I'd get this if I was gonna get one.....
