working for almost 12 years have not been able to buy a house. so ... is it because wages are below the regional minimum wage or are house prices always going up or is it because the value of money keeps decreasing or are all these reasons combined?

All of the above may be true. But it could be you don’t manage your finances properly. Not trying to be a dick but take some of the blame yourself.

Thank you, after getting to know #bitcoin I try to at least set aside 10% of my income to buy it.

Hopefully it will be useful one day, even though I can't buy a house at this time.
