Wait. I want to know more. How your encrypted invoicing works and how you process the payroll transactions. Is it one by one? Or can you queue up multiple invoices for payment and batch process.

You can deterministically generate a payout address for every employee without asking for addresses:

Then you would just have a script that constructs a single bitcoin txn with N outputs
