Another thing I seek in my next place? NO CARPET. I greatly dislike vacuuming SO MUCH and I can’t wait until I don’t have to do it again.

Floors, I've never been good enough at maintaining. I keep it okay but there's just not enough time to get to all of it or good enough, yknow? I wish I could. Had a maid service or two come through sporadically. It's expensive though. And even THEY don't do EVERYTHING.
