Excuse the ignorance, is the lack of escrow the only similarity to nostr:npub1tt77ckayp4xqgausz72saygxx2574xht9lfm7ftmw40kcttrr0sswmz8a9 ?
Lendasat is based on similar tech (DLCs) though they are taking a pretty different approach which I'd consider still experimental.
