I just realised that my knee injury had a negative impact on my mental health.
Being in the gym 2-3 times a week, disconnected, punching and kicking, and focusing on improving my skills was such a great thing for my mental health.
Now I hate this injury even more 😩

Even worse for healing. Are they going to have to go in and patch it up or are they letting it go?
