You can post how many pics, videos you like in your article, not 4 like on twatter
seems like still building over a note series with writing pertaining to a specific chart or picture in that same note, but would love to be wrong about that

You can. You just need to embed each image. Many people post long form articles like that here or on a client like blockstack or habla.news.
