I have just discovered this interesting encyclopedia in this house that I recently purchased. It is called "Hutchinson's Pictorial History of the War, A Complete and Authentic Record in Text and Pictures." This document clearly shows the following points.

Germany was bombed for 3 months before they declared war.

Germany declared peace over and over and signed agreements to preserve the global peace.

UK under Chamberlain was peaceful.

UK under Churchill was agressive and war mongering not concerned with trying all open avenues to peace. 🩹
