Is there any exchange in the US that offers only stablecoins or stablecoins and bitcoin and no shitcoins?

It is increasingly obvious that running a crypto currency exchange in US that supports anything else beyond bitcoin and stablecoins is not a good idea.

Stablecoins are a shitcoin and there is no real use for them in the United States. They are centrally issued tokens which basically give you a claim on dollars in someone else’s bank account.

This could be useful for people who otherwise wouldn’t be able to access dollars, but it’s useless for anyone in the U.S. who already has abundant access to dollars. Bank settlement times are annoying, but using someone else’s account is not a good fix for that problem.

Cash App, Swan, River, and Strike are where you want to be. All four are Bitcoin only (and Cash App offers banking proxy services if you want that too)

Maybe no good use case for stable coins in US or any jurisdiction with easy access to the dollar. Lightning network is still maturing.

But, there's def a use case for remitences abroad.

That’s what I’m looking at. Remittances

Thing is, I'm not so sure the Bitcoin only market places are safe either.

Bitcoin exchanges should be used to buy and then move to your wallet.

For that purpose I find Sean, River, Unchained, Strike and CashApp safe.

I don’t recommend holding your Bitcoin with anyone but yourself.
