I opened the "details" when it popped up just now.....Google Safe Browsing? As i said I use Brave browser and google is not something I use as I'm default to Duck Duck go when I search. 🧐

DuckDuckGo openly admitted they obey directions from censors.

Brave is built on Chrome and lots of things from chrome are inside it. I think for the moment it is probably the best privacy oriented browser but I'm open to new options. Impervious looked sorta interesting but not compelling.

I use Vivaldi browser for everything else and Brave for nostr. Impervious always promising but every time I use it for a while something comes up that puts me off. I'll give Impervious another go as it's been a couple of months since my last try.

Any other recommendations on a search engine aside from duck duck go?

I use brave's search engine. Qwant seems decent also. Startpage is another good one.
