I found this recent article really illuminating... They actually run miles-long fiber-optic cables behind these things to prevent jamming and get the "latency edge."

Yup. Fiber drones are a relatively new thing. But Russia and Ukraine are both using them extensively already.

Frontline areas are getting covered in fiber... Gonna be a huge mess to clean up when Russia is finally defeated.
